At Tvesha Jewels, we strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition. If you experience any issues with your order, please review the policy below.

Damaged or Incorrect Products:
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with clear images of the product and its packaging.

To process your request, it is mandatory to provide a clear unboxing video showing the package being opened for the first time. The video must begin before the package is opened and should clearly capture the package, the opening process, and the product inside. Requests for returns or replacements cannot be accepted without the unboxing video. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.

Requests for returns, exchanges, or replacements cannot be processed without a valid unboxing video.

Once your request is reviewed and verified by our team, we will arrange a replacement or an appropriate resolution.


Return & Exchange Eligibility

Returns or exchanges will be considered only under the following circumstances:

• The product was damaged during transit
• An incorrect product was delivered
• A valid unboxing video is provided as proof

To be eligible for return or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging.


Non-Returnable Situations 

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

• An unboxing video is not provided
• The product shows signs of use or damage after delivery
• The request is made after 48 hours of delivery
• The return request is due to change of mind or personal preference

Once your request is verified, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.


Quality Assurance

All products undergo a strict quality inspection before dispatch to ensure they meet our standards. Each order is carefully packed to prevent damage during transit.

For transparency and security purposes, the packing process may be photographed or video recorded before shipment.


Refunds

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, the product must be returned to us in its original unused condition along with the original packaging.

After the returned product is received and successfully inspected by our team, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase


Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after it has been initiated. Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product delivered by us.
